The success of a store begins with our people. Our Operations Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. In this role, you will support the daily operations behind the scenes by receiving and processing deliveries, organizing and replenishing stock, preparing online orders, and maintaining order in the stockroom. You will also work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that products are available on the sales floor at the right time. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong team spirit will help ensure an efficient and well-organized store environment. At the same time, your commitment to sustainability, diversity, and health and safety will make a significant contribution to a work environment that reflects INDITEX's values. What you bring: A strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach. You are reliable, efficient, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are also flexible and comfortable carrying out physical tasks as part of your daily work. Good communication skills in English or German are required to communicate effectively with the team.
