What we expect from you: As a Sales Assistant at Massimo Dutti, your responsibilities will include: - Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring the Experience project implementation - Being up to date on new products and collections - Understanding store layout, sections, and product location - Operating store systems and tools (Using Inditex Technology) - Executing operations at customer interaction points (cash desk, fitting rooms, merchandise pickup) - Ensuring store image, tidiness, and visual standards are maintained - Ensuring efficient replenishment for the products - Supporting merchandise delivery when needed - Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets - Communicating openly and professionally with colleagues and managers - Helping to control shrinkage - Complying with occupational risk prevention, health, and safety standards
