OPERATIONS RESPONSIBLE

As an Operations Responsible, you will play an important role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while representing the brand image and corporate values of INDITEX. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager and the Area Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily stockroom operations, manage the stockroom areas of the Store, and ensure a healthy stock inventory. Your role includes organizing and developing the team to ensure effective collaboration. You will be reporting directly to the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager. Main Responsibilities -Focus on sales and Customer Care, applying company standards and offering creative product alternatives. -Participate actively in the Morning Meeting and know the news from #tengoalgoquecontarte. -Know the daily sales targets and suggest retailing solutions to their Store Manager to achieve them. Know and apply the productivity goals for the various operations. -Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient stockroom. -Know perfectly the new lines and products withdrawn to the stockroom/blocked in the stockroom. Ensure accurate reception, control, and location of merchandise for fast service. -Know the RFID and PDA processes and put them into practice. -Know the various online sales processes: IPOD and SINT. -Stay knowledgeable about products, trends, and competitors. -Manage deliveries, transfers, returns, and defects following procedures. -Support stock control and timely store replenishment through the 25. -Adapt stockroom organization to seasonal needs and sales. Take responsibility for re-labelling products for sales and promotions. -Communicate effectively with the team to support sales.
