As Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to lead the team with composure and confidence. Together, you will create a welcoming environment where customers and colleagues feel supported and inspired. You will help maintain high store standards, ensure products are presented to the highest standard, and build a stable, engaged team. You will set the tone for customer service: warm, calm and attentive. You will also foster a workplace culture built on collaboration, clear communication and attention to detail. In addition, you will use sales and operational results to guide decisions and support the store’s efficiency. An important part of the role is using modern tools and technology, as well as helping the team use them in their day-to-day work. We are looking for a leader who can bring together the customer experience, business goals and team management in a fast-paced environment. Confidence using technology and a willingness to keep learning are essential. You should take responsibility for your decisions and be able to work independently. Fluency in Polish and English is also required. We offer a gross monthly salary of PLN 8,300–9,800 and genuine opportunities to grow within Inditex.
