As a Deputy Store Manager, you work alongside the Store Manager to set the direction for what matters most: the customer experience, the team, the product and business results. You work with a large volume of products across three departments—womenswear, menswear and childrenswear - and with a large team that contributes to the energy of the store every day. While ensuring that sales targets are achieved, you never lose sight of the people. Every day is different. Every decision matters. You manage the product and its presentation in line with the brand’s DNA and the needs of local customers. Your decisions are based on data, but your intuition and ability to understand the needs of customers and the team are equally important. You support the development of a diverse team by staying close to people-listening, providing feedback, inspiring others and building engagement. It means taking responsibility for results, the customer experience, the team atmosphere and the way customers experience the Zara brand every day. We are looking for someone with team management experience, ideally gained in the retail or fashion industry within a large-format store, who can combine the perspectives of the customer, the team and sales performance in their daily work. The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, think analytically and make decisions at pace is important to us. We are looking for a leader who inspires others, takes responsibility for their actions and builds genuine relationships with customers and the team. The ability to communicate confidently in both Polish and English is also essential.
