[LOCATION] Zara Store in Korea [POSITION] Sales Assistant [EMPLOYMENT TYPE] Full-time (40 hours per week) [JOB DESCRIPTION] Customer Service -Provide service by maintaining and managing the store to ensure a convenient shopping experience -Communicate with customers, assist with sales, and offer styling recommendations Store Operation -Maintain a pleasant shopping environment through product movement and organization -Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly service -Assist customers with accurate and efficient payment, exchanges, and refunds Stock Management -Manage efficient stock in/out based on sales analysis -Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom -Prepare requested items for customers and support continuous sales opportunities [SALARY] Full-time: KRW 30,980,000 annually (including challenge bonus based on store performance) Additional yearly bonus when reaching the sales target and working over than 6 months [BENEFITS] Uniform provided Employee discount on all Inditex brand products Group life insurance and Health check-ups 4 Social Insurance, Paid annual leave, and Special leave [REQUIREMENTS] At least 18 years old, expected high school graduate or higher For Full time positions, availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays Love fashion and enjoy working in dynamic environment
