[LOCATION] Zara Gangnam [POSITION] Sales Assistant [EMPLOYMENT TYPE] Full-time (40 hours per week) [JOB DESCRIPTION] Customer Service -Provide service by maintaining and managing the store to ensure a convenient shopping experience -Communicate with customers, assist with sales, and offer styling recommendations Store Operation -Maintain a pleasant shopping environment through product movement and organization -Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly service -Assist customers with accurate and efficient payment, exchanges, and refunds Stock Management -Manage efficient stock in/out based on sales analysis -Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom -Prepare requested items for customers and support continuous sales opportunities [SALARY] Full-time: KRW 30,980,000 annually (including challenge bonus based on store performance) Additional yearly bonus when reaching the sales target and working over than 6 months [BENEFITS] Uniform provided Employee discount on all Inditex brand products Group life insurance and Health check-ups 4 Social Insurance, Paid annual leave, and Special leave [REQUIREMENTS] At least 18 years old, expected high school graduate or higher Availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays Passionate about fashion and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
