We welcome applications from two types of candidate: • 360° all-round managers with a proven track record leading a large retail operation end-to-end — people leadership, commercial performance and product management — at Deputy Manager level. • Senior specialists with significant, senior-level expertise concentrated in one area: retail operations, product, or people. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. As a visible leader on the shop floor, you will confidently engage with customers, lead by example and coach your team to deliver outstanding service standards. What you’ll do • Lead the daily operation of the store, ensuring excellence across people, product and commercial performance — or bring specialist depth to your focus area. • Analyse commercial and product data to improve sales, productivity and customer satisfaction. • Respond proactively to trading performance, making timely commercial decisions. • Translate KPIs into clear priorities and motivating actions for your team. • Lead, coach and develop your team, creating a culture of continuous learning and high performance. • Inspire and upskill colleagues to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. • Lead by example on the shop floor, engaging with customers and supporting your team during peak trading periods. • Ensure every customer touchpoint is welcoming, engaging and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. • Oversee daily store operations with consistency, pace and attention to detail. • Act as an ambassador for Zara’s sustainability initiatives and company values.
