As the second in command of the store, together with the General Manager, you represent one of the key leadership figures in the store. You help lead the team to achieve store objectives while respecting the company’s management standards: • Help the General Manager lead, develop, and supervise the team to achieve objectives • Oversee the organization and planning of people and processes • Supervise stock management and the flow of merchandise • Oversee product presentation across all sections of the store • Supervise the operation of in-store devices • Monitor business analyses and the execution of action plans • Communicate and provide ongoing feedback to senior management • Uphold customer service standards in the store • Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner • Lead compliance with workplace risk prevention regulations, as well as occupational health and safety standards Here, management is not only operational.
