You coordinate the team, align criteria, and support decisions. • Ensure that the store keeps up the company’s image standards. • Monitor and execute all commercial strategies set by the company • Product and commercial analysis in order to achieve better results • Ensure that customer experience standards are met • Consistent communication and feedback with store management • Continuously train the teams in the image and commercial area • Support the management team in organising daily tasks and the team effectively Your vision brings the product to life.
