And you help your team grow with you – leading from within, listening, challenging and pushing with purpose. • Has a strong customer orientation, taking ownership of all necessary decisions • Analyzes and follows up to increase sales and maximize store profitability • Ensures compliance with shrinkage (loss prevention) procedures • Has in-depth product knowledge (qualities and new arrivals) and knows how to leverage it to boost sales, always based on commercial reports, sales data, and feedback from customers and the team • Provides product feedback to the commercial team and area managers, communicating and adding weekly insights to the area team • Maintains constant communication with chain/area/international managers to optimize store operations • Understands, analyzes, and develops strategies based on KPI reports, establishing action plans to improve them. • Assist the General Manager with administrative/workplace aspects if the store Here, management is not only operational.
