Windows Display Manager

The first impression starts before the customer enters the store. As Display Manager, you’ll execute ZARA’s global window direction across our stores, creating current, commercial displays that reflect our visual standards. This is a specialist, hands-on role for someone with previous experience in window display, visual merchandising, fashion retail or a related creative environment. You’ll prepare, dress, install and update windows, interpreting creative direction with precision while responding to each store’s commercial needs. Your work will connect product, fashion and design with the customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO / Execute window directives from the HQ Window department, based on commercial needs, aesthetic value and ZARA guidelines / Dress and install windows across ZARA stores / Work hands-on with product, mannequins, materials and lighting to create complete window presentations / Interpret global creative direction and adapt the execution to each store / Advise Store Managers on the decoration and presentation of windows / Ensure windows are current, on trend and maintained to the highest possible standard / Travel to stores when required to complete window changes and maintain visual standards / Work closely with Retail Managers, Store Managers and store teams during window changes / Identify problems and opportunities during installation and respond with practical, creative solutions / Share feedback on product, trends and customer response with the wider visual team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR / Previous experience in window display, visual merchandising, fashion retail or a related creative environment / Experience executing visual concepts or creative direction in a physical retail or display environment / Strong appreciation for fashion, product, design and current trends / Commercial awareness and an understanding of how visual presentation supports the customer and the business / A creative eye and strong attention to detail / A hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving / Strong initiative and self-motivation / Clear communication and confidence working with different teams / The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team / Full Australian working rights with no restrictions / Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday / Flexibility to travel between stores, including interstate travel when required OUR APPROACH We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change.
