Visual Merchandiser Bourke Street Re-opening
Details
Brand · Zara
Location · MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
Description
We're bringing our style to Bourke Street. Join the team shaping our next chapter.
As we prepare to reopen our Bourke Street store with our latest Zara store concept, we're building a team that will define how our collections come to life and how customers experience them from the moment they walk through the door.
This is your opportunity to help shape something new — bringing every collection to life, creating inspiring spaces and defining the first impression customers will remember from the very first moment.
Your role is to connect the product with the people.
Every decision you make has purpose. You interpret trends, guide the eye and shape how each collection is experienced.
You know a great display doesn't just sell — it inspires.
You stay connected to what's happening in fashion, in the store and on the street. You understand what we're selling, read the space, respond to the commercial rhythm and know when to adapt.
You coordinate the team, align priorities and support commercial decisions.
Your vision brings the product to life.
Here, you'll find the space and the team to keep growing with your own perspective. Learning is part of everyday life, and there's always room to contribute, experiment and evolve.
This can be the beginning of your story with us.
What you'll do
• Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays.
• Monitor product flow and maintain exceptional visual standards across every area of the store.
• Analyse sales and customer behaviour to ensure the right product is always in the right place.
• Support and align the team on daily visual priorities and commercial actions.
• Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed to support the wider team.
What we're looking for
• Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product presentation.
• Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment.
• A genuine interest in fashion, trends and customer behaviour.
• The ability to read the store, make decisions and adapt quickly.
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to guide and influence others.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a 38-hour roster across weekdays and weekends.
Why join us
• 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands.
• Fixed roster with three consecutive days off every month.
• Ongoing learning and development from day one.
• Real opportunities to grow within the business.
