Description
We're bringing our style to Bourke Street. Join the team shaping our next chapter.
As we prepare to reopen our Bourke Street store with the latest Zara concept, we're building a team that will help define the customer experience from day one.
This is an opportunity to be part of creating something new—helping establish the service culture, develop the team and shape the experience customers will remember from their very first visit.
It’s where every customer interaction matters.
This is a store-based leadership role connecting product knowledge, service and team energy to shape how customers experience Zara every day. Every touchpoint counts — from the welcome, to the fitting room, to the final interaction.
You go beyond guiding others. You set the tone. You understand the customers who visit, adapt the team’s energy to their needs and make every interaction feel considered, warm and natural.
You lead by example with a clear welcome, a tailored approach and dynamic product recommendations. You monitor results, listen to feedback and adjust actions to keep improving customer satisfaction.
We want people who inspire, coach and think strategically. Leaders who can balance attention to detail with a broader view, develop talent and keep the customer at the centre of every decision.
Here, you’ll find the space to influence, the tools to guide and the support to grow. Every store is unique, and with it comes the opportunity to create meaningful experiences, strengthen loyalty and elevate the team.
This role is more than managing a team. It is about shaping how every customer feels, through service, knowledge and energy.
Where it takes you, that’s in your hands.
What you’ll do
Lead customer experience across the store and set the service standard
Coach and develop the team in product knowledge, service and customer connection
Monitor customer feedback, satisfaction and performance indicators
Support omnichannel moments, including online order collection and digital tools
Work with store leaders to improve service, flow and customer experience initiatives
What we’re looking for
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong understanding of customer experience, service and product knowledge
Confidence coaching others and setting clear standards
Ability to read feedback, results and customer behaviour to improve actions
Clear communication, strong organisation and a proactive mindset
Full-time availability, with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
