In-Store Visual Merchandiser Pacific Fair

Your role is to connect the product with the people. Every decision you make has intention. You interpret. You provoke. You guide the eye and shape how each collection is experienced. You know that a good display sells, but above all, it inspires. You stay tuned into what’s happening in fashion, in the store, in the street. You know what we’re selling, read the space, understand the commercial rhythm and respond. You coordinate the team, align criteria, and support decisions. Your vision brings the product to life. What you’ll do • Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays • Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas • Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product • Support and align the team on visual priorities and daily actions • Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed What we’re looking for • Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product • Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment • A clear interest in fashion, trends and customer behaviour • Ability to read the store, make decisions and adapt quickly • A collaborative mindset with confidence to guide and influence others • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends (38 hours per week) Our approach We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change.
