Stockroom Supervisor Miranda

What you’ll do • Support the organisation of the stockroom and product flow to the shop floor • Assist with deliveries, stock processing and replenishment • Maintain accurate stock handling and follow inventory processes • Support the team to work efficiently and keep operations running smoothly • Help monitor daily priorities and respond to store needs • Work across the shop floor when required to support the wider team What we’re looking for • Experience in stockroom, operations or inventory-focused retail roles • Strong organisation and attention to detail • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks • A proactive mindset with confidence to support and guide others • Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach • Interest in operational processes and improving how things work • Availability to work a full-time roster (38 hours per week), including weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays • You must have full Australian working rights to be considered for this role Our approach We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change, and every store is shaped by the people in it.
