The Christmas season brings a different energy to the store. We’re looking for people who can help create a considered, welcoming experience for customers while supporting the team through one of our busiest trading periods. As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll bring energy, curiosity and a customer-focused approach to the store. You’ll connect with customers, help them find what they need and build your product knowledge so you can offer relevant recommendations and alternatives. You’ll also support the daily rhythm of the store — from fitting rooms and customer areas to replenishment and keeping the floor organised and ready to shop. We’re looking for people to join us for the Christmas trading period. Casual hours and shifts may vary depending on store needs. WHAT YOU’LL DO / Welcome and connect with customers, understanding what they need and offering support / Build your knowledge of product, new arrivals and trends to make confident recommendations / Support customers across the shop floor, fitting rooms and payment areas / Help customers explore in-store and digital shopping options / Keep the store replenished, organised and easy to shop / Respond to customer flow and support different areas of the store when needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR / A genuine interest in fashion, product and people / Confidence engaging with customers and a willingness to learn / A positive, curious and team-focused approach / The ability to adapt and work at pace / Strong communication and a proactive mindset / Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays / The right to work in New Zealand OUR APPROACH We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change.
