For our ZARA store in Bratislava, we are looking for a colleague for the position: VISUAL COMMERCIAL / VISUAL MERCHANDISER for Kids section. Visual Commercial / Visual Merchandiser is an integral part of ZARA’s image. We need a professional and detail-oriented person who has motivation to share! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsibility for store merchandising in line with company guidelines - Effective promotion of the new collection - Supporting the Commercial Manager in identifying and implementing creative and visual ideas for the store -Proper use of store props and internal mannequins to create visual displays - Monitoring the latest fashion trends and providing feedback on commercial activities - Analyzing daily information and responding appropriately - Responsibility for planning the store’s commercial and visual activity on a daily/weekly and seasonal basis - Cooperation with the Operational team to ensure that best practices in RFID are always applied - Controlling product levels in the store and communicating with store managers regarding all product needs - Managing all product-related processes - Participating in the training and development of colleagues - Providing a high level of customer service in the store and following customer service action plans - Supporting customer service with product knowledge, awareness, and understanding of the following areas - Cooperating with management to support the training of new employees SKILLS AND QUALITIES: - Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail - Very good knowledge of Slovak/Czech and English - Good team management skills - Visual talent and creative thinking required - Numerical and analytical skills - Passion for fashion - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead by example, motivate, and develop employees - Ability to work under pressure - Strong initiative and self-motivation - Strong time management and organizational skills - Commitment to providing excellent customer service - Initiative in identifying problems and opportunities for proactive action - Flexibility and problem-solving ability - Eligibility to work in the Slovak Republic EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Our people are our greatest asset, and we are proud to offer more than just a competitive salary.
