We are looking for a STORE MANAGER! Key Responsibilities: Planning and managing all store operations and processes Taking responsibility for achieving budget and business objectives Long-term planning and delivery of sales targets Defining staffing requirements, recruiting, and developing employees Motivating and leading the team to ensure a positive working environment Ensuring compliance with all operational requirements Maintaining product presentation and store appearance according to company standards Acting as a positive role model in customer service and in promoting our company values and philosophy Performing other duties related to the position as required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a managerial retail position (Deputy Store Manager / Store Manager) Very good command of Slovak and English Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong analytical and commercial mindset Ability to work under pressure High level of responsibility and independence Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment Compensation: EUR 2,974 gross per month, plus the possibility of monthly performance bonuses based on sales results.
