Terms of Use of the Job Opportunity Search Assistant
The Job Opportunity Search Assistant (hereinafter, the “Assistant”) is an artificial intelligence-based virtual assistant integrated into the INDITEX job opportunities portal. Its purpose is to support you in locating job openings within the portal through an interactive conversation, displaying opportunities that may match the information you share regarding your interests, availability, or preferences.
This Assistant constitutes an additional way to conduct searches within the portal, allowing you to locate job openings that may be of interest to you through a conversational interaction rather than by directly using the search filters. Based on the information you provide in each interaction, vacancies that may match the criteria and information you have entered will be displayed. For this reason, we ask that you limit the information you provide to details related to your job search and respond to the questions asked, as this will help obtain more accurate results. Where applicable, applications or submissions to job offers must subsequently be made through the mechanisms provided within the portal itself.
For security and proper use reasons, uploading files, images, or any other content other than the text required to answer the Assistant’s questions is not permitted.
Do not enter information or data relating to third parties, sensitive information, or information unrelated to the purpose of the Assistant. Likewise, do not use the conversation fields to raise questions unrelated to the search for job opportunities, nor to request opinions, assessments, or content that is not connected to the purpose of the Assistant. The Assistant is designed exclusively to help you locate job opportunities and will not respond to requests that fall outside this purpose.
You agree not to use the Assistant for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of any third party.
To clarify its scope, the Assistant:
- Does not make decisions regarding applications.
- Does not assess or evaluate the information you provide.
- Does not allow you to apply for or submit applications to job offers directly.
- Will not respond to questions unrelated to the job search process within the portal.
- Will only request information related to the criteria necessary to locate job opportunities aligned with your search.
The Assistant does not retain a search history associated with you nor does it allow previous conversations to be retrieved. Each interaction is considered independent and does not create a personal profile.
As with any automated tool, the Assistant may make interpretation errors or may not display all job opportunities that match the criteria you provide. In any case, we recommend that you also use the portal’s search engine manually in order to verify and, where appropriate, expand the results.
By using the Assistant, you understand that you are interacting with AI and that INDITEX is not responsible for any loss, liability, cost, expense, or damage arising from its use or from decisions made by you based on the information or recommendations provided by the Assistant, to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Interactions with the Assistant may be used in aggregated form for the purposes of improving the system’s operation and the quality of the service.

Use of the Assistant implies that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any of the aspects described above, we recommend that you do not use the Assistant. Please note that using this Assistant is not required in order to access a job opportunity at INDITEX. These terms are complementary in nature and do not replace the other legal texts and policies of the portal, which remain fully applicable.
