As Deputy Store Manager at ZARA in Chania, you work closely with the Store Manager and play an active role in the store’s daily life. You stay close to the team, listen, provide direction and recognise when support is needed. Through your example and feedback, you help each individual develop their potential and take on new challenges. You observe what is happening on the shop floor, understand customers’ needs and connect product presentation with the store’s commercial performance. You draw on results and your daily observations to set priorities and make decisions that make a difference — to customer service, collaboration and the achievement of our shared goals. We are looking for someone with an interest in fashion and people, who takes initiative, finds solutions and stays organised in a constantly evolving environment. Someone who enjoys working with others, sharing their knowledge and seeing their team grow. A very good command of English is essential for this role. Here, learning is part of everyday life.
