WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLEAGUE FOR THE POSITION OF: JUNIOR MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Managing and organizing employees, daily tasks and processes * Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store, in line with the company’s objectives * Taking responsibility for managing the store in the absence of the Manager, when required * Training and motivating employees * Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and collections available in the store * Providing excellent customer service and implementing the company’s philosophy * The position may also include other activities related to the responsibilities described above.
