For our ZARA HOME store in Prague, we are looking for a colleague to join us as a: STORE MANAGER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning and managing store processes Responsibility for achieving budget and business targets Long-term planning and achievement of sales targets Identifying staffing needs, as well as selecting and developing employees Motivating your team to ensure a positive and enjoyable working environment Ensuring all operational requirements are met Maintaining product presentation and store aesthetics in line with our standards Acting as a positive role model in delivering excellent customer service and implementing our company philosophy The role may also include other activities related to the responsibilities described above.
