What will be your role? - Develop a deep understanding of who our customers are and what matters most to them. - Analyze product data, identify customer needs, and translate insights into concrete in-store actions. - Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring that every interaction is personal and dynamic. - Lead the commercial strategy of your department. - Take ownership of sales forecasting, annual planning, and daily commercial performance. - Keep the sales floor current, relevant, and commercially strong. - Serve as the key point of reference for product knowledge, product usage, store layout, and visual merchandising standards. - Inspire and motivate the team to deliver consistently high-quality execution. - Identify talent within the team and support its development. - Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on effective scheduling and development opportunities. - Coordinate weekly deliveries and stock movement with the Operations team. - Ensure the smooth, efficient, and sustainable operation of the department. - Participate in training sessions and updates, bringing new knowledge back to the team. - Continuously improve store performance and customer experience based on feedback.
