We are currently looking for a new team member to join Zara as an Operations Manager, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the store while leading and developing the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Take responsibility for stockroom organisation and efficient stock replenishment - Lead and continuously improve goods receiving processes - Lead, motivate and support the team - Work with data and relevant KPIs to improve performance and minimise stock losses - Ensure all operational requirements and standards are met - Take responsibility for achieving budget and company targets The role may also include other activities related to the responsibilities outlined above. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Previous management experience in a retail environment - Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail - Good understanding of relevant metrics and confidence working with data - Interest in fashion and current trends - Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment - Very good command of Czech or Slovak and English WHAT WE OFFER: Our people are our greatest asset.
