BRING YOUR VIBE! We are looking for a Product Manager for Kid's Section to join our ZARA team in Prague. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Develop a deep understanding of who our customers are and what matters to them - Analyse product data, identify customer needs and turn insights into concrete actions on the shop floor - Build strong customer relationships, making every interaction personal and dynamic - Lead the commercial strategy for your department - Take ownership of sales forecasting, annual planning and day-to-day commercial performance - Keep the shop floor fresh, relevant and commercially strong - Act as a key reference point for product knowledge, product use, layout and visual standards - Inspire and motivate the team to deliver consistently and to a high standard - Identify talent within the team and support individual development - Work closely with the Visual team to plan effective schedules and development opportunities - Coordinate weekly deliveries and stock movement with the Operations team - Ensure the department runs smoothly, efficiently and sustainably - Attend training sessions and updates and bring new knowledge and insights back to the team - Continuously improve store performance and the customer experience based on feedback WHAT YOU BRING: - Strong understanding of customer behaviour and the retail environment - Confidence working with data and turning insights into action - An energetic and inspiring leadership style, with the ability to motivate a team through change and day-to-day performance - The ability to take ownership of commercial results - Passion for developing people and building a strong team culture - A strong eye for detail and high standards of visual presentation WHAT WE OFFER: Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll receive a 25% employee discount across all INDITEX brands, as well as a diverse benefits package including a meal allowance and Multisport card.
