For our ZARA store in Prague, we are looking for a colleague for the position of: VISUAL COMMERCIAL / VISUAL MERCHANDISER – Women's Department As a Visual Commercial / Visual Merchandiser, you play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the image of the Zara brand. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with creativity, energy, and motivation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for store merchandising in line with company guidelines Ensure the effective presentation of new collections Support the Commercial Manager in developing and implementing creative visual ideas for the store Use displays, decorations, and mannequins effectively to create an attractive store environment Monitor current fashion trends and provide feedback on store performance Analyze daily information and respond appropriately Plan visual activities on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper implementation of RFID procedures Monitor stock levels and communicate product needs with managers Manage all product-related processes Participate in the training and development of colleagues Deliver a high level of customer service Support management in training new employees REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in fashion retail Very good command of Czech and English Strong visual sense and creative mindset Ability to work with numbers and analyze data Passion for fashion Excellent communication skills Ability to lead by example, motivate, and develop a team Ability to work well under pressure Proactive attitude and self-motivation Excellent organizational and time-management skills Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service WHAT WE OFFER IN ADDITION: If the targets set for the given year are achieved, a bonus starting from CZK 17,300 will be awarded.
