VISUAL COMMERCIAL / VISUAL MERCHANDISER The Visual Commercial / Visual Merchandiser plays an integral role in shaping the image of our brands. We’re looking for a professional with a keen eye for detail and plenty of motivation! Key Responsibilities Ensuring the store’s merchandising meets company guidelines Bringing creative and visual ideas to life in the store Making effective use of decorations and mannequins to create an appealing store presentation Keeping up with the latest fashion trends and providing feedback on in-store developments Regularly analysing data and taking appropriate action based on the results Planning the store’s commercial and visual activities on a daily, weekly and seasonal basis Working closely with the operations team to ensure RFID procedures are followed correctly Monitoring in-store stock levels and communicating product needs to managers Contributing to the training and development of colleagues Delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring action plans are followed Other duties related to the responsibilities outlined above may also form part of the role. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in fashion retail A strong visual sense and creative thinking The ability to work with numbers and analyse data A passion for fashion Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to lead by example, motivate and develop a team The ability to perform well under pressure Excellent organisational and time-management skills A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service The ability to identify problems and proactively find solutions Very good command of Czech and English Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic What We Offer Our internal talent is our greatest asset.
