For our STRADIVARIUS store in Ostrava, we are looking for a: Assistant Store Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and managing store operations and processes. Taking responsibility for achieving budgetary and business targets. Identifying staffing needs, as well as recruiting and developing employees. Planning ahead and achieving long-term sales targets. Motivating the team to create a positive and enjoyable working environment. Ensuring that all operational requirements are met. Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service and putting our company philosophy into practice. Maintaining product presentation and store aesthetics in line with our standards. Supporting the Store Manager and acting as their deputy in all aspects of store and team management. Other duties related to the responsibilities outlined above may also form part of this role. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Previous experience in a management role within the retail sector (Deputy Store Manager / Store Manager). Very good command of Czech or Slovak and English. Strong affinity for retail and a good understanding of relevant business KPIs. Excellent organisational skills and time management. Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness. Ability to work under pressure. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently. A passion for fashion and the latest trends. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment. Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic.
