For our store in Brno, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as: Store Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning and managing store operations and processes Taking responsibility for achieving budgetary and business targets Long-term planning and achieving sales targets Identifying staffing requirements, as well as recruiting, selecting and developing employees Motivating and leading the team to create a positive and enjoyable working environment Ensuring all operational requirements are met Maintaining the aesthetics of the products and store in line with our standards Acting as a positive role model in delivering excellent customer service and putting our company philosophy into practice The role may also include other activities related to the responsibilities described above.
