For our OYSHO store at Palác Trinity in Prague, we are looking for a Deputy Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and managing store operations and processes Taking responsibility for achieving budgetary and business targets Identifying staffing needs, as well as recruiting and developing employees Long-term planning and achieving sales targets Motivating the team to create a positive and enjoyable working environment Ensuring that all operational requirements are met Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service and putting our company philosophy into practice Maintaining product presentation and store aesthetics in line with our standards Supporting and deputising for the Store Manager in all aspects of store and team management Performing other duties related to the responsibilities outlined above, as required THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Previous management experience in fashion retail, ideally as a Deputy Manager or Store Manager Strong affinity for and knowledge of relevant business metrics Excellent organisational skills and time management Strong analytical and commercial mindset Ability to work well under pressure A responsible and independent approach to work A passion for fashion and the latest trends A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment Very good command of Czech/Slovak and English Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic WHAT WE OFFER Our internal talent is our greatest asset.
