FOR OUR MASSIMO DUTTI STORE IN PRAGUE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLEAGUE FOR THE POSITION OF DEPARTMENT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing stock within your department. Organize the day-to-day operations of the store. Maintain the store's visual merchandising and brand image standards. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors. Communicate effectively with store management and the head office. Handle customer requests, complaints, and incidents professionally. Minimize stock loss and implement action plans. Lead, motivate, and develop your team, including onboarding and training new employees. Support workforce planning, recruitment, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with internal policies and health & safety standards. The position may also include other activities related to the responsibilities described above. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Previous experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role within retail. A strong customer-focused mindset. Solid understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics. Strong analytical and commercial thinking. Flexibility and adaptability. Passion for fashion and the latest trends. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve business goals.
