We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our new Stradivarius store on permanent employment contracts for 25/30/40 hours per week. Although fashion is constantly changing, Stradivarius represents timeless style and confidence. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT You’ll be the face of the brand – helping customers find an outfit that makes them shine. You’ll rotate between working at the cash desk, in the fitting rooms, and replenishing stock. You’ll keep the store 100% ready and up to our standards. No experience? MONTHLY SALARY: 40H contract: Base salary CZK 34,000 + average commission of CZK 5,000 or more 30H contract: Base salary CZK 25,500 + average commission of CZK 3,750 or more 25H contract: Base salary CZK 21,250 + average commission of CZK 3,125 or more If the established targets for the year are achieved, the employee will receive a bonus starting from CZK 17,300 for full-time employment and CZK 10,380 for part-time employment.
