Deliver an exceptional customer experience through expert advice and attention to every detail. Support the daily operations of the store, including: Cash desk activities Fitting room support Visual presentation of collections Maintaining brand standards New to retail? No problem. We’ll provide all the training you need—what matters most is your enthusiasm and motivation. We're Looking For A passion for fashion, elegance, and attention to detail. A friendly and customer-focused approach. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility and a positive attitude (weekend work is part of the role). Good Czech language skills and conversational English. What We Offer MONTHLY SALARY: 40H contract: Base salary 34 000 CZK + average commission 4 500 CZK and more 30H contract: Base salary 25 500 CZK + average commission 3 375 CZK and more 25H contract: Base salary 21 250 CZK + average commission 2 812 CZK and more If the annual targets are achieved, employees receive a bonus starting from CZK 17,300 for full-time positions and CZK 10,380 for part-time positions.
