We are looking for a Customer Care Expert to join our new ZARA HOME store in Prague on a full-time contract with 25/30/40-hour weekly schedules. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will be the face of customer service, providing customers with a professional, natural, and inspiring approach. You will help them discover products, ensure they leave the store with a positive experience, and create an atmosphere that makes them want to come back. You will learn how to work with a wide range of interior products – from textiles to furniture. You will take part in the daily operations of the store: cashier duties, customer assistance, collection presentation, and maintaining the store according to our visual standards. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR An interest in interior design and home aesthetics. An eye for detail and aesthetics. An open and friendly approach to customers – customer service is key for us. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and energy (weekend work is part of the role). Good knowledge of Czech and communicative English. MONTHLY SALARY: 40H contract: Base salary 34 000 CZK + average commission 4 500 CZK and more 30H contract: Base salary 25 500 CZK + average commission 3 375 CZK and more 25H contract: Base salary 21 250 CZK + average commission 2 812 CZK and more WHAT WE OFFER YOU With us, it’s not just a job – it’s an opportunity to become part of a brand that influences how people live and feel at home.
