We are looking for Sales Assistants for our Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius and Bershka stores in Prague, Smíchov – full-time contracts with working hours of 25/30/40 hours per week. You can get involved in projects that have a positive impact on society. WHAT YOU’LL DO: You will be the face of the brand – you will help customers choose an outfit that makes them shine. You will rotate between working at the cash desk, in fitting rooms, and with stock replenishment. You will keep the store ready at 100% according to our standards. No experience? No problem – we will teach you everything, you just need motivation. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Love for fashion and a sense for trends. The ability to communicate with people and spread positive energy. The ability to work independently as well as in a team. Energy and flexibility (weekends included). Good knowledge of the Slovak language and communicative English. MONTHLY SALARY: 40H contract: Base salary 34 000 CZK + average commission 4 500 CZK and more 30H contract: Base salary 25 500 CZK + average commission 3 375 CZK and more 25H contract: Base salary 21 250 CZK + average commission 2 812 CZK and more EXTRA BENEFITS: - If the annual targets are achieved, the employee receives a bonus starting from CZK 17,300 for full-time and CZK 10,380 for part-time positions Inditex is an equal opportunity employer.
