DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY – What you do every day As Deputy Manager at Zara Home, you support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store, with a strong focus on customer experience, product, people, and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities are: CUSTOMER • Has a strong Customer Care focus, ensuring high customer service standards and customer satisfaction. • Coaches the team to deliver an inspiring and personalized Zara Home experience. • Resolves customer questions and conflicts, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. PROCESSES • Ensures that the stockroom and store are efficiently organized. • Ensures that cleanliness, tidiness, and Health & Safety procedures are always followed. • Supports the Store Manager with daily store operations and performs the Store Manager’s duties in their absence. PEOPLE • Supports recruitment, onboarding, feedback, motivation, and conflict resolution. • Organizes the team effectively and ensures the right people are in the right position at the right time. • Monitors productivity, team performance, and development while taking corrective action when necessary. • Maintains effective communication with the Commercial and Product teams. PRODUCT • Supports sales and store performance by ensuring optimal product availability and presentation. • Analyzes sales results, product performance, and store profiles to optimize product placement. • Ensures that Visual Merchandising standards are correctly implemented and enhance bestsellers. • Keeps track of new products and deliveries and makes decisions regarding their presentation in store. • Supports the Store Manager in ensuring that all Health & Safety and operational procedures are followed.
