What you'll do
Every day offers new opportunities to make an impact. As Deputy Store Manager, you will:
Support the Store Manager in achieving the store's commercial objectives by driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence.
Monitor sales performance, commercial KPIs, and product presentation, ensuring every department reflects the latest collections and company standards.
Coordinate daily store operations, stockroom organisation, and operational processes to maximise efficiency and ensure the best customer experience.
Work closely with Department Managers and the management team to implement commercial strategies, improve store processes, and achieve business objectives.
Inspire, coach, and develop your team through regular feedback, training, and daily support while helping identify future talent within the store.
Foster a customer-first culture by ensuring every team member delivers outstanding service and has the knowledge to advise customers on products, trends, and styling solutions.
Ensure company policies, health & safety procedures, and sustainability initiatives are consistently implemented throughout the store.
Analyse business performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and continuously enhance the shopping experience.
Act as a role model, leading by example and creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing working environment.
What you bring

Previous experience in fashion retail, including experience in a supervisory or management role.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams.
