What you'll do As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything that happens in your store. You'll lead your team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer enjoys the unique Pull&Bear experience. Your day-to-day will include: • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team. • Driving sales and achieving ambitious business goals. • Creating an inspiring shopping experience for every customer. • Managing all operational and administrative aspects of the store. • Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and brand standards. • Analysing business performance and identifying opportunities to grow results. • Promoting sustainability initiatives and embedding them into the daily running of the store.
