DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial success, operational excellence, and people development across multiple Oysho stores, with the opportunity to expand your responsibilities beyond the Belux region as your career evolves within the Inditex Group. Your key responsibilities include: Commercial & Financial Leadership: Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance by setting ambitious objectives, analysing KPIs, managing budgets, and supporting omnichannel development. People Development: Coach, motivate, and develop Store Managers and their teams through continuous feedback, performance management, succession planning, and tailored development plans. Brand & Customer Experience: Ensure every store consistently reflects the Oysho brand identity while delivering an outstanding and inclusive customer experience across all sales channels. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring company procedures, policies, and operational standards are consistently applied. Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, deliveries, merchandise traceability, and stock processes to maximise product availability and minimise losses. Visual & Brand Image: Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure product collections and store layouts consistently reflect the brand image and commercial priorities. Market & Business Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour, translating insights into local commercial opportunities and action plans. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, Logistics, Omnichannel, General Services, Shrinkage, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure efficient business operations and successful project implementation. Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular store visits, identify opportunities for operational improvements, optimise processes, and implement action plans that drive long-term business success. WHAT YOU BRING This opportunity is perfect for a retail leader who enjoys coaching people, analysing business performance, and creating high-performing teams across multiple locations. You bring: • Proven experience in a multi-store management position or a senior retail leadership role. • Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and financial management skills. • Demonstrated experience coaching and developing Store Managers and leadership teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • The ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams to achieve ambitious business goals. • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • A proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset. • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English. • Flexibility to travel frequently across Belgium and Luxembourg.
