DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY COMMERCIAL • Maximize sales by implementing and adapting commercial actions across your area while maintaining the brand image in line with company standards. • Analyze commercial performance and develop action plans together with the commercial team. • Drive the achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term sales objectives. • Analyze sales performance using commercial tools such as Rankings, Money Map, Retail Director, ITX Stock, and delivery reports. • Stay informed about market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities. VISUAL MERCHANDISING & IMAGE • Ensure visual merchandising and image coordination are implemented and adapted according to company guidelines. • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose commercial and visual initiatives to Country Management and the International Team. • Organize commercial workshops, pilot store sessions, and support store openings, reopenings, and closures. • Guarantee consistent execution of the brand image across all stores within your area. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT • Partner with HR to identify, develop, and retain talent, building a strong succession pipeline across the area. • Define, coordinate, and follow up on training and development plans for Visual Merchandisers. • Coach and support store teams to continuously improve commercial and visual standards. • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous development. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. • Minimum 3 years of management experience. • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
