As a Facility Manager, you play a key role in creating and maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional working environment across our stores and headquarters. You are highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong experience in facility management and supplier coordination.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and property owners. DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY – What you will do every day
As a Facility Manager, you will oversee and optimize all facility-related services to ensure our stores and offices operate efficiently and according to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
Facility Operations Management: Coordinate facility services across stores and headquarters, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, waste management, and corporate image standards.
Supplier & Contract Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers, monitor service quality, ensure SLA compliance, and optimize existing contracts while identifying new business opportunities.
Compliance & Safety: Follow up on legal inspections, resolve non-conformities, support Health & Safety initiatives, and contribute to maintaining the ISO 45001 certification.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage facility budgets, validate invoices, monitor energy consumption, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize efficiency.
Store Support & Audits: Conduct regular store visits to ensure corporate standards and internal procedures are consistently applied.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for property owners and collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver effective facility solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Adapt corporate maintenance programs to local regulations and proactively identify opportunities to improve operational performance and sustainability.
WHAT YOU BRING
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing operational excellence with strategic planning. You take ownership of your responsibilities, are comfortable working independently, and have a strong service-oriented mindset.
You bring:
• Proven experience in Facility Management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving attitude.
• The ability to build strong professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to travel regularly between locations, including Luxembourg.
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is considered an asset.
