What you'll do As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating an inspiring shopping environment that reflects the Bershka brand while driving commercial success. By combining creativity with data and customer insights, you'll ensure every collection is presented in the most engaging and impactful way. Your day-to-day will include: • Bringing the latest collections to life by creating inspiring visual displays in line with Bershka brand standards. • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring products are replenished and presented to maximise sales opportunities. • Analysing sales performance to identify best-selling products and optimise product placement. • Keeping up with fashion trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to continuously improve the in-store experience. • Collaborating with the store team to support daily operations and ensure a seamless customer journey. • Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising standards throughout the store and adapting layouts to reflect new collections and campaigns. Who you are We're looking for someone who: • Has a passion for fashion, trends and visual storytelling. • Has experience in visual merchandising or retail or is eager to develop their talent in this area. • Combines creativity with a strong commercial mindset. • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in creating inspiring shopping experiences. • Is organised, proactive and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Feels comfortable using sales data and customer insights to make commercial decisions. • Enjoys collaborating with others while taking ownership of their own projects and ideas.
