What you'll do As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the business while motivating the team to deliver outstanding results and an exceptional customer experience. From day one, you'll make a real impact on both the store's performance and the development of your colleagues. Your day-to-day will include: • Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, productivity and achieving business goals. • Analysing store performance and helping develop strategies to maximise results. • Leading, motivating and coaching the team to reach their full potential. • Recruiting, onboarding and developing new and existing team members. • Overseeing operational and administrative processes to ensure the store runs efficiently. • Delivering an inspiring shopping experience while maintaining excellent visual merchandising and brand standards. • Championing Bershka sustainability initiatives and embedding them into the daily operation of the store. Who you are We're looking for someone who: • Has experience leading or supervising a team, preferably in a retail environment. • Is passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Takes initiative, leads by example and enjoys being present on the shop floor. • Has a commercial mindset and enjoys working with targets and KPIs. • Can organise, prioritise and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Loves coaching, developing and motivating people to succeed. • Takes ownership, embraces responsibility and enjoys turning challenges into opportunities.
