Für unsere Filialen in Wien suchen wir VISUAL COMMERCIAL (M/W/D) 38,5 Wochenstunden Mo–Sa flexibel Als Visual Commercial (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der kommerziellen und visuellen Strategie im Store. Mit deinem Gespür für Mode, Trends und Kundenbedürfnisse sorgst du dafür, dass die Kollektionen optimal präsentiert werden und jederzeit ein inspirierendes Einkaufserlebnis geschaffen wird. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass die Warenpräsentation den Markenstandards entspricht und die Verkaufsfläche kommerziell sowie kundenorientiert gestaltet ist. Auf Basis von Verkaufszahlen, Produktperformance und Kundenverhalten analysierst du Potenziale und leitest gezielte Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Store-Performance ab. Du entwickelst kommerzielle Aktionspläne, setzt Visual-Merchandising-Richtlinien erfolgreich um und stellst sicher, dass die Verkaufsfläche kontinuierlich an aktuelle Kollektionen, Trends und Geschäftserfordernisse angepasst wird. Als Vorbild für das gesamte Team vermittelst du dein Wissen und deine Leidenschaft für Mode und Commercial Excellence durch Trainings, Coachings und regelmäßiges Feedback. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Store Management, regionalen Ansprechpartnern und dem Headquarter zusammen, um eine einheitliche Umsetzung der Markenstrategie sicherzustellen und die kommerziellen Ziele des Stores nachhaltig zu erreichen. For our stores in Vienna we are looking for VISUAL COMMERCIAL (M/F/D) 38.5 hours per week Flexible schedule, Monday to Saturday As a Visual Commercial (m/f/d), you are responsible for implementing the store’s commercial and visual strategy. With your eye for fashion, trends and customer needs, you ensure that collections are presented to their best advantage and create an inspiring shopping experience. You make sure that product presentation meets brand standards and that the sales floor is designed to be both commercially effective and customer-focused. By analysing sales figures, product performance and customer behaviour, you identify opportunities and develop targeted measures to improve store performance. You create commercial action plans, implement visual merchandising guidelines and ensure that the sales floor is continually adapted to current collections, trends and business needs. As a role model for the whole team, you share your knowledge and passion for fashion and commercial excellence through training, coaching and regular feedback. You work closely with store management, regional contacts and Head Office to ensure the brand strategy is implemented consistently and the store’s commercial targets are achieved sustainably.
