OYSHO is an international brand of the Spanish Inditex Group, offering sportswear for an active lifestyle. In 2027, Oysho is launching in Austria for the first time. We will open our first store in Vienna’s city centre in spring 2027. To join us for this new store opening, we are looking for an OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (M/F/D) Full-time You will play a key role in the store’s operations. With your organisational skills, you will help ensure that products are available and processes run smoothly, supporting an efficient store and a shopping experience that keeps pace with the business. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will organise store operations using relevant performance indicators and help improve operational efficiency. This includes managing stock levels and product flow, as well as coordinating and monitoring replenishment. You will plan and support front-of-house processes, including till operations, fitting rooms, size requests and online orders. You will also help implement our omnichannel processes and new projects, ensuring that operational updates are carried out correctly. You will help minimise stock loss and ensure that procedures for deliveries, transfers, stock adjustments and stockroom organisation are followed. Using internal reporting and monitoring tools, you will track key performance indicators. You will also help ensure that store devices are functioning properly, follow up on technical issues, and manage orders for store supplies and stockroom equipment. You will support the team in following operational procedures and help maintain order, safety and sustainability standards in the back-of-house area. YOUR PROFILE: You are a dynamic, solution-oriented person who enjoys working as part of a team and being involved in the day-to-day life of the store. With your energy and initiative, you make sure tasks are completed in an organised and thorough manner. You have a strong understanding of operational processes, can analyse reports and performance indicators, and use your findings to suggest improvements. You communicate collaboratively, organise your tasks flexibly and adapt well to change.
