OYSHO is an international brand of the Spanish Inditex Group, offering sportswear for an active lifestyle. In 2027, Oysho is launching in Austria for the first time. We will open our first store in Vienna’s city centre in spring 2027. To join us for this new store opening, we are looking for a VISUAL COMMERCIAL (M/F/D) Full-time You will be the key point of contact for the visual presentation of our store. With your eye for products and styling, you will ensure that the Oysho brand image is presented consistently and attractively. You will combine an inspiring shopping experience with a strong commercial focus. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will implement campaigns, product presentations and visual updates in line with guidelines and schedules. You will adapt the product presentation to the store, its customers and commercial priorities, ensuring that the assortment and brand identity are showcased to their best advantage. You will maintain the store’s visual standards, look after the layout, fixtures and signage, and make adjustments when needed. You will also monitor the condition and presentation of products, help prepare for international store visits, and share product and visual merchandising feedback with the Store Manager and Deputy Manager. You will lead by example in customer service and work with the team to create an inspiring shopping experience. You will support and train your colleagues in applying visual guidelines and work closely with the management team to align the store image, products and commercial priorities. YOUR PROFILE: You have a strong eye for products and sportswear, and take an interest in market developments, competitors and social media. You understand customers’ needs and can translate them into an effective product presentation. You bring energy and initiative to the day-to-day running of the store. You are organised, thorough and detail-oriented, communicate clearly and collaboratively, and understand how a strong visual presentation can engage customers and contribute to business results.
