OYSHO is an international brand of the Spanish Inditex Group, offering sportswear for an active lifestyle. In 2027, Oysho is launching in Austria for the first time. We will open our first store in Vienna’s city centre in spring 2027. To join us for this new store opening, we are looking for a THIRD MANAGER (M/F/D) Full-time You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the management team and helping ensure that operations run smoothly. With your energy and attention to detail, you will help the team deliver an excellent customer experience and represent the active lifestyle that defines Oysho. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will support the management team with the daily operations of the store, ensuring that products are presented correctly and that commercial and visual guidelines are followed. You will monitor stock flow and replenishment, help reduce stock loss and ensure that operational procedures and internal tools are used correctly. You will also support a seamless experience across our physical and digital stores, help resolve customer issues and organise the team in line with sales and operational needs. In addition, you will assist with staff scheduling and the onboarding of new team members, communicate store needs and improvement ideas to the management team, and help ensure that company standards and health and safety requirements are met. YOUR PROFILE: You are organised, solution-oriented and attentive to detail, and you enjoy working as part of a team. You bring energy and a proactive attitude to the day-to-day running of the store, can prioritise tasks and are comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions when needed. You communicate clearly and collaboratively, have a practical business mindset and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
