OYSHO is an international brand of the Spanish Inditex Group, offering sportswear for an active lifestyle. In 2027, Oysho is launching in Austria for the first time. We will open our first store in Vienna’s city centre in spring 2027. To join us for this new store opening, we are looking for a DEPUTY MANAGER (M/F/D) Full-time You will support the Store Manager in running the store and leading the team. With your passion for sport, fashion and people, you will help create a positive working environment and deliver an excellent customer experience. In the Store Manager’s absence, you will take full responsibility for the store. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Working closely with the Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that company standards are met. You will continue to develop your product knowledge and help keep the team up to date through training. You will also analyse sales figures and product performance, identify opportunities and take action to drive business results. You will support stock management, help reduce stock loss, maintain an attractive store presentation and make effective use of our internal systems and technology. In addition, you will support recruitment, onboarding, team development and staff scheduling. You will help ensure excellent service standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. YOUR PROFILE: You are an active and dynamic person with an interest in sport, fashion and working with people. Ideally, you have already gained experience leading a team and are keen to further develop your leadership skills. You are responsible and business-minded, bring energy and initiative, and focus on achieving shared goals. Your clear and approachable communication helps strengthen teamwork. You are also curious, analytical and practical, and able to adapt to change.
